9 DIGITAL LITE PRO – OUR RATING 4.1/5
Looking through some of the reviews of the 9 Digital Lite Pro headphones.
While the reviewers’ responses have been openly positive towards the headphones.
We have been able to sort through the negative and positive reviews and give our own rating from the varying reviews.
Here are some of the main features most people have rated highly or poorly about the 9 Digital Lite Pro with Boom Mic:
Sound Quality
The sound quality is slightly above average at best, but is not as great as you can expect from regular headphones.
Whenever you press the headphones closer to your head the sound quality improves; it also gets louder.
Same will be noticed when you use earplugs.
The sound quality is not as refined when compared to what the Shokz OpenComm offers.
However, the sound quality is good enough to listen to classical music, podcasts, audiobooks and for calls.
There is some significant sound leakage.
This becomes rather audible from about 80% volume. So be mindful of others around you, whenever you want to turn up the volume at the office.
Volume
The headphone’s volume is very loud, so you won’t have to turn up the volume to hear them clearly.
At very high volumes (at 80% and above), people around you can hear what you are listening to.
It can also cause some discomforting vibrations at very high volumes.
Though, some did say they had to turn them up, because they found it difficult hearing their callers.
Boom Mic
The boom microphone sound quality is good.
The microphone audio quality is better than that of the Shokz Trekz Titanium and 9 DIGITAL Lite.
Most people who use them reported that their clients heared them clearly.
Listen to Music
You may find them not rich enough for bass-heavy music, and poor on the mid-high tones.
You can enjoy listening to music with light bass, like classical music.
Though, they do much better with spoken words like podcasts, talk shows, audiobooks etc.
However, when playing the same song in comparison to the Trekz Titanium, the Titanium performed better.
9 DIGITAL LITE PRO PROS AND CONS
PROS

- Open-ear comfortable design

9 DIGITAL LITE PRO REVIEW
Here’s a 9 Digital Lite Pro video review from Stuff Mike Bought.
FEATURES
- Noise Canceling Boom Microphone
- Rotatable Boom Microphones
- Comfort & Open Ear Design
- Long Battery Life
✅ Noise Canceling Boom Microphone
The headphone’s boom mic has a very decent sound quality, with clear audio and background noise cancellation.
It filters out noise in your surroundings during calls. Helping you to sound as natural as possible to your callers.
They are a reliable choice for movement-based businesses such as trucker drivers, and regular daily driving.
Or for stationery businesses like home offices, call centers, remote work, factory floors, and laboratories.
And for your for regular online teaching and learning, client feedback, and video conference calls.
✅ Rotatable Boom Microphones
The boom mic can be adjusted to fit your taste.
As the full boom mic segments can swivel or bend around 130 degrees.
Letting you adjust them to your preferred angle and mic orientation.
This will help to improve vocal focusing and tuning, thus letting your voice sound more natural and reducing exposure to background noise.
✅ Comfort & Open Ear Design
They are very comfortable to wear, due to their lightweight and open-ear design.
You will be able to wear them all day long with little to no discomfort.
This will let you listen to music and still be aware of your surroundings.
They are very comfortable for working out or for use in transportation, industrial, and or business environment.
✅ Long Battery Life
They offer about 8 hours of phone calls or close to 6.5 hours of non-stop music playback on a single full charge.
Letting you enjoy your music and calls, for much longer periods at a stretch.
You won’t be needing to recharge them often.
Though, if you intend to use them for your busy customer service, you may have to recharge them at least twice daily.
While most businesses hardly spend more than 10 hours at work.
So you will find it quite the challenge trying to exhaust the battery every day.
Even more so, when you use them at around or below 80% volume level for phone calls or for music.
You can be able to max out the battery performance consistently.
Combined with a standby time of 480 hours, you may not need to recharge them quite often.
Especially if you only need to use them 3 to 4 times a week for around an hour or two for working out.

9 DIGITAL LITE PRO CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Below we showcase balanced feedback from actual customers. They have written down their reviews from their own personal experiences from their personal use of the 9 Digital Lite Pro headset, from across the web.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK
It was my first time using the technology and I was very skeptical.
However, I was so mesmerized with how comfortable they are and the quality of the headphones.
I’m so glad I bought these.
I work from home more often and spend most days talking on the phone.
My ears hurt a lot from using regular headphones and always felt very heavy with some difficulty hearing as the day goes by.
With my very sensitive ears, these headphones are the perfect combination to wear for long periods at a time.
They are well fitted for a smaller to medium adult head size.
They are ultra-comfortable and offer better comfort than regular in-ear earbuds.
The sound is also clear, moreso I can hear my clients very well, and all that is going on in my house too.
The clients on the other end of the call, do hear me just fine, so I can they the boom mic works well enough.
They work great for online video conference meetings, tutoring and training sessions.
I do hear everything rather clearly and aslo everyone can hear me too as well.
They are better than what I imagined that they would be.
I like the sleek design and decent sound quality, and they are sold a reasonable price too.
I had one major reason why I bought these, it was because I wanted to hear all that is going on around me as I enjoy music.
I have kids who are very active. I want them to play, while I listen to my audiobooks and still be aware of what they are doing in the background.
I have also used them with my PS4 VR Headset and work well together.
I may not see the kids quite as clearly depending on how they move around, but I am certain that I can hear them.
I have used them at the gym and for my daily runs, and their fitting is better than earpods that never stay in for me.
These stay securely in place, which is great.
So I exercise without having to worry about them falling out.
While still be attentive to everything else around me.
The one big downside for me is that the sound quality is more focused on treble than bass.
And I would prefer that they were a little louder than what I hear.
They are a very good product overall.
I would buy them again, even as gifts item for friends and family.
I highly recommend them!

CRITICAL FEEDBACK
So I bought this headphone as a backup to my AfterShokz Titanium.
The plan was to use them often on Zoom conference calls. I did end up comparing them to the AfterShokz Titanium.
What I like:
The boom microphone was quite good.
As the headset’s mic stuck out, the voice quality it delivered was much better than the Titanium.
What I don’t like:
1. Sound Quality
The overall sound quality was worse than the Titanium.
I am not the most sensitive person to the quality of audio that I hear.
Since I mainly enjoy listening to classical music, and bass heavy music is not my thing.
Whenever, I play the same song with both headphones, the difference in sound quality is astonishing.
The Titanium headphone outperforms these headsets by a huge margin.
Bear in mind that the Titanium is not even audiophile quality.
The headset sounds like a cheap headphone, you are supplied by some airlines during a flight.
I will definitely not be using the headset to listen to and enjoy any serious music.
However, I would only consider them for listening audiobooks.
2. Connectivity Issues
It was very challenging trying to pair them my PC and make it recognize both the mic and headphone.
I did try a number of times, when the mic works, I won’t hear the music, or the same thing happens in reverse.
After multiple attempts, I deleted all the previously recognized bluetooth devices and kept trying again.
It did work at the end of the day, but I don’t know why, how or what I did to make it work.
3. Design Quality
The quality of the design looks and feels very cheap and plastic.
Don’t forget that this is in comparison to the Titanium.
4. Sound Leakages
Compared to the Trekz Titanium, the sound leakages here are that significant.
People around you can hear whatever you are listening to from across the room.
This worsens at around 80% volume level, so it is not very suitable for use at the office.
To summarize, I don’t think the headphone is worth the $55 price point I got it at.
The AfterShokz Trekz Titanium or Shokz OpenMove are much better and also not too expensive.
