NAENKA RUNNER PRO CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Below we showcase balanced feedback from actual customers. They have written down their reviews from their own personal experiences from their personal use of the Naenka Runner Pro headset, from across the web.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK
I wasn’t sure about spending money on bone conduction headphones prior to my buying the Runner Pro.
But, I have no reason to regret buying them as they are awesome.
They are very comfortable to wear and can be worn alongside glasses even with my big head, such that they will not fall out with frequent head shaking.
I go running with them on and it is very practical to have and use, I had no issues when using them over and around 8 km ranges.
This works great for people on their fitness regimes.
I also use the headphones, while exercising at the gym, out for a jog, working in the shop, or gardening in the backyard.
When I go working in the backyard, I sometimes out there for more than three (3) hours at a time and so far had no troubles with the battery performance.
I like that it comes with two modes which are easy to use, alongside 8GB of internal memory, so I don’t always have to move around with my phone.
The sound quality is more than decent enough.
It feels good listening to music, taking calls and still be able to hear what is going on around me.
I mostly use them with my iPhone, so they are always connected to it.
I like that it is IPX8 rated for being waterproof, as I do sweat alot, and is easy to clean or wipe after each exercise.
I did had some issue with my first pair, contacted customer service and got it replaced promptly under warranty.
I am having lots of fun with my Runner Pro bone conduction headphones.
They are worth the having and use them, considering the price, comfort and reliability.
I am so glad to recommend Naenka and their customer service support team.
I consider these to be the best wireless headphones out there, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to pick them up.

CRITICAL FEEDBACK
I have been using bone conduction headphones for the past few months now, and I have been wondering ‘Why didn’t I buy bone conduction headphones way earlier?’
They are very comfortable to use, stay in place and won’t fall out as you move around and exercise.
I get to still talk to people, even with the headphones on.
I like the sound quality, however, I have noticed some sound dropouts, just not sure if it is due to my phone wireless connection (not of much concern to me).
They do come in my favorite color, Black.
I like using them for swimming and cycling
When I go swimming, they keep me fully entertained throughout my swim session.
Which I have found to be much better than counting strokes.
The swimming pool I use regularly is twenty five (25) meters long, and I prefer swimming in the middle lane.
So when I pair the headset with my phone, I then leave my phone near the pool.
The Bluetooth will disconnect as soon as my device (e.g. smartwatch) or headset is underwater, but it also does reconnects back quickly.
The Bluetooth connection was stable and maintained through my swim, and only fluctuates when I take a dive in the pool.
I can’t transfer MP3 files from my Youtube Music App, and had difficulty using them with music streaming services.
I have and used the Aftershokz Aeropex for cycling, but I am now willing to sell the Aeropex and use the Runner Pro instead, for both cycling and swimming.
While I have read many reviewers complain about the charger being very flimsy, I have not found that to be an issue as I always recheck to see that they are charging every time.
Sadly they don’t come with their own protective carrying case, so you would have to get one for yourself separately if you need one.
A friend of mine did inform me about having issues with the two (2) pairs she has got so far.
One spontaneously stopped working, the other one had a loose driver at one end.
Although she really liked using them for her swim spa sessions, her swim spas typically lasts 20 minutes per session.
She rates them below 5 stars, taking into consideration the reliability and durability.
She has considered getting a 3rd one blaming her luck, or trying out another model or a completely different brand.
So far, so good, I have not had any issues with mine though.
With all that in mind, they are still worth it for me and I do recommend them.
